1)A security deposit for the furniture and goods equivalent to one month's rent will be provided by the tenant at the signing of the lease;

2)The tenant does not have the right to paint unless colors are approved by the landlord;

3)Proof of insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability coverage is required at the signing of the lease, and proof must be provided during renewal;

4)No consumption or planting of cannabis is allowed;

5)No short-term subletting such as Airbnb or similar;

6)The tenant will be responsible for transferring the Hydro-Québec account;

7)The tenant must submit the completed rental application form (CORPIQ) with any rental promise;
